Put your “breast” foot forward and join us for a fun filled morning on the trails at Middelvlei in support of Breast Cancer.
Breast cancer … it’s a scary thought and all too many women assume that it won’t happen to them. Early detection can save a life. You can do your part by joining us to raise awareness for this dreaded disease. Funds raised at this event will be used by the Helen Harder Foundation to specifically support women diagnosed with breast cancer under the age of 40 years. It is this age group that generally do not consider themselves to be at risk and needs to be aware that monthly self-examinations are essential!
